They were better when they first started, but now the black beans are bland and watery not thick and savory as they should be. The chicken is good but they are tiny, it takes two to feed a family of four.

This place is always clean and they seem to know what they are doing. They guy in the drive-thru is so efficient. He is able to take your order in seconds, and of course I'm always talking about what customer service means in a bussiness. The customer service in this place is simply AWESOME!!

Had a good old Tropichop with Chicken and everything that they have available, the fried yuka and lemonade, if you like curry mustard and garlic sauce, this is the place to go. Although they do have their good and bad days. You might go and get a decent amount of food and go the next day and get a smaller portion than the day before.I am still going anyways😄ðŸ‘ðŸ‘.

Everything is good about pollo tropical but the drive thru is so uncomfortable and the exit here is ridiculous, people can't can't get out because of the traffic, everything else is very good and service is great....

Great food but I was unsatisfied with their service when I ordered online. Took over an hour to receive my order and I was given a hard time. Not the typical service I have gotten here so I was taken by surprise.
