The food at this particular Pollo Tropical is exceptional! Moist, hot chicken; ribs seasoned and well cooked. Staff are very energetic and friendly. Will go back again!

New cuban sandwich (pork) was my 1st experience and it was delicious! Would come back. (Free bbq sauce, can't complain).

No, they don't have delivery

She says that they mistreat anyone today I passed and was more than 30 minutes waiting and then they made me see as if I were a thief of poorly prepared food and served. And the Manager should not work as a manager if not a kitchen towel. He knows how to deal with customers.
